Daniel E. Smyth
Dan is a partner of the law firm Sutton & Smyth, LLP. The son of Irish immigrants, he founded the firm with the mission of obtaining compensation for accident victims. His meticulous and thorough approach to each case coupled with his top-notch negotiation abilities enables him to maximize monetary awards for his clients. He is also a gifted courtroom advocate who has tried numerous cases to verdict.
Prior to founding the firm, Dan was a trial attorney for a national insurance carrier.
